Booking Process

Below is an overview of whats involved with booking with us. If you have any questions not covered below, please get in touch!

1. CONTACT US

Check your dates and Motorhome choice in our Availability Calendar then get in touch by submitting a Booking Enquiry form.     

  • Choose between 4, 5 & 6 Berth.
  • Our rates are per Day.
  • Rates are fully inclusive of Mileage and Insurance.
  • Pets are welcome, subject to small charge.
  • Due to COVID, we do not provide Towels or Bedding.

3. PRE-HIRE

A few weeks before your Holiday, we will get in touch to ensure everything is in order and ask for some further documentation.

  • We will ask you for copies of your Driving Licence and two recent Utility Bills.
  • You will complete a COVID Screen process.
  • We will ask you to provide a £750 returnable Security Deposit.

5. RETURN

Our return process will guide you through what you need to do before you return home.

  • We will send you an email a few days before return detailing the return process.
  • Return by 1600hrs on Return Day.

2. BOOKING

Once we receive your enquiry, we will provide you with a Hire Quotation with full breakdown of costs including any extras.

  • You will have 48 hours to confirm the booking.
  • Pay £250 Booking Deposit.
  • You will receive a Booking Confirmation email and revised invoice.
  • Balance to paid within 4 weeks of Hire.

4. HIRE

On Hire Day, you will have a confirmed collection time. We ask that you can be there 5 mins before your pick up time.

  • All our Motorhomes are Deep Cleaned & Sanitised before hire.
  • Collection from 0900hrs on Hire Day.
  • You can leave your Car with us.
  • Documented handover process takes a full hour.

6. POST HIRE

Once returned, we will review the inspection reports and complete the Booking.

  • Security Deposit will be returned in full or a pre-agreed amount.
  • Feedback Questionnaire issued to get feedback.
